1) Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase/use of our software products and licenses.

2) Purchases & checkout

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider), who may act as merchant of record in certain regions and may collect applicable taxes and issue invoices/receipts. By purchasing, you agree to their checkout terms and our EULA/license that ships with the product.

3) Delivery

After payment, you will receive download access and/or license information at the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email.

4) Licensing

Unless stated otherwise, software is licensed—not sold—under our Commercial EULA included in the package. Typical scope for FraudLite SuperPack: one-time license, non-transferable, limited to the number of Shopify stores specified on the product page. No resale or redistribution of source code or derivatives.

5) Support & updates

Unless explicitly included for a product, support and updates are not provided. Any examples, templates, or rule packs are provided “as is”.

6) Refunds

Orders are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the products or site (e.g., reverse engineering contrary to the license, security violations, unlawful use, or interfering with others’ access).

8) Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the website, content, and software (excluding your data) remain with Arvia Systems and its licensors.

9) Third-party services

Our products or site may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for those services; their terms and privacy policies apply.

10) Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvia Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Terms or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arvia Systems harmless from claims arising from your use of the site or products in breach of these Terms or the applicable license.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or licenses for material breach of these Terms or the license. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately, and license terms apply.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [choose jurisdiction, e.g., England & Wales / State of Delaware, USA / Greece], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [that jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.
